Let Claude Code, Codex and other tools read and move your board, use your project context and run Beequest requests.
Turn it on
Settings › MCP server: switch it on, then copy the snippet for your tool.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http …(the full command is on the page). - Codex: an entry for
~/.codex/config.toml.
The server listens on 127.0.0.1 only, over streamable HTTP, with a bearer token kept in the Keychain.

Beequest tools need Beetool's window open; environment values are never sent out. AI tools can ask to move a card to Done, but only you move it there.
Beetool's own assistant and Leads use the server without any setup; each team run gets its own scope.
