Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-12

These terms govern your use of BeeTool.Dev (the "Site"), including its browser-based developer tools, blog, and document features. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

BeeTool.Dev provides free, browser-based developer utilities (such as JSON editors, encoders, formatters, and generators), published articles, and an optional account-based document space. The tools are designed to run locally in your browser: data you enter into a tool is processed on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless a feature explicitly says otherwise (for example, saving a cloud document or publishing a post).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure, to interfere with its operation (including automated scraping at disruptive volumes), or to upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious. We may suspend or block access that violates these rules.

3. Accounts and your content

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you create under your account. Content you keep private remains yours and private; content you submit for publication becomes publicly visible after approval. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the license needed to host and display it as part of the service. You can request deletion of your account and content at any time via [email protected].

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, and original articles are the property of BeeTool.Dev or their respective authors. You may link to and quote articles with attribution. You may not republish articles wholesale or present the tools as your own service.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The tools are aids for developers, not certified instruments: always verify important results (for example, generated keys, converted configurations, or formatted queries) before using them in production. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular tool will remain available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeTool.Dev and its maintainer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from decisions made based on tool output or article content.

7. Third-party services and advertising

The Site may display advertising and uses third-party services such as analytics providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for details on data collection and cookies.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or via the contact page.
